I highly recommend PumaSight’s CatEyes business monitoring tool for JD Edwards Enterprise One environment. This tool allows our JDE team to drill down into User transactions, SQL Database transactions, UBE jobs, and Log errors quickly and painlessly without having to read server logs from multiple servers and various instances. The drill down is enhanced with many options to sort and filter by execution details such as process ID, User ID, Application ID, Business Function, Environment, SQL Query, and Timestamp. Additional functionality allows us to set alerts that monitor JD Edwards Enterprise One and create dashboards that provide visual representation.
